DESCRIPTION:Be on the water at 6 pm. \nYou will need a white light front and back. \nWe will be paddling in the dark so you must be comfortable with this. \nBring water\, snacks and appropriate clothing (particularly if you think you will get wet). \nPaddle for 45 minutes then turn back. \nUsual routine – paddle together for the first km then at speed groups.
