DESCRIPTION:Our Centenary celebration will be held on Saturday\, 18th October 2025 at the club.  An invitation has been sent to all members.  Festivities will commence in the afternoon and include on water activities\, opening of the time capsule\, unveiling of the Honour Boards\, displays and afternoon tea and the cutting of the Centenary cake. In the evening\, a spit roast dinner will be held at the club\, 6pm\, and to cover our expenses a $20 per person charge will apply.

Buddying up is encouraged. \nA white light is needed front and back. Most members tape bike lights to the deck. \nPlease dress for weather changes. Carry warm clothes\, water and snacks. Check the weather on the afternoon of the paddle to see if you will feel comfortable with the conditions. \nWe will paddle on the RHS of the river. \nBring a drink or snack for after the paddle. \nGood training for tours.

DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, 13 September Tour \nMeeting at 8.30\, this tour takes us down to the bottom end of the Maribyrnong where we turn left into the mighty Yarra. We’ll be travelling through the docks until Victoria Harbour\, where we plan to step out for coffee with the hipsters of Docklands. Return to ECC. About 22 km. This tour is open to attendees who are capable of doing the distance and can paddle at 6 km/h – you know who you are! Tour leader is Craig\, please reach out via the Whatsapp Saturday Group.
