This could mean that some registered people will not paddle – we will take people on a first registered first in basis. Consider wearing a mask when inside.\nWe have to work to strict ratios and we hope you will understand this.\nthe first 10 registered people will go on the water; any more than this will be on a waiting list\nFor more information:\nContact essendoncanoeclub@gmail.com\n*please bring a change of clothes and old sneakers or beachcombers if paddling – you may end up wet and cold and we have great change rooms and hot showers if you need! Wear synthetic or woollen clothing. No cotton – if wet it stays cold.

SUMMARY:Wednesday twilight paddle - members only
DESCRIPTION:Ready to paddle at 17:00 so allow at least 20 minutes preparation. We will paddle upstream (usually) for 45 minutes then turn around. First km or two as a group then at own speed. \nPlease dress for weather changes. Carry warm clothes\, water and snacks. Check the weather on the afternoon of the paddle to see if you will feel comfortable. \nYou will need a white light\, front and back\, or some other arrangement so that you are visible for 360 degrees. \nWe set off in the light but will paddle the last part in the dark. \nWe will paddle on the RHS of the river.
