Putting in near Herring Island (near the eastern end of Alexandra Avenue).
Total Distance: About 12 kilometres upstream. Participants are expected to be able to paddle at around 6 km per hour (which is not particularly fast). If you can do around 12 kilometres and move at a speed of at least 6 km per hour, then you are welcome to join in.
